Family with Children Beware, This Place is a Nightmare
I wanna give props to Brittany, the front desk receptionist, she did her best to help us make our stay tolerable. She was awesome, went outta her way to assist us even when the situation was spiraling.
It wasn't exactly a steal for what we paid, but I expected more for the price.

Not what I expected
This place felt more like a studio than a hotel. The kitchen was mostly empty – just a fridge and stove with no cooking stuff. The staff? Super rude, and housekeeping didn’t even come! Plus, watch out for those sketchy folks around. On the bright side, it was pretty cheap, and there are decent restaurants nearby. Overall, not the best vibe and definitely needs upkeep.

During our short family stay, we enjoyed the nearby family-friendly attractions, especially Morgan's Wonderland, which was a highlight. The room we stayed in was spacious enough for our needs and the kitchen facilities allowed us to prepare some meals easily. However, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, especially in the bathroom where we noticed some mildew. While the location was convenient, we had to deal with a bit of noise at night from the surrounding area.

The room was clean and had everything I needed for a long stay. It featured a full-sized fridge and a small stove, which was super handy. The bed was decent, not the comfiest ever, but not bad either. I could hear people in the hallway, which was a bit annoying, but overall it wasn't terrible. Just felt more like a basic setup than a full-on hotel luxe experience.

I checked into the Woodspring Suites and had high hopes, but they quickly faded. The room felt damp and surprisingly unclean. Stains on the bedding were alarming, and housekeeping was slow to respond. Even my bathroom had trash left over from previous guests. The biggest issue, though, was the roach infestation. I couldn’t relax knowing they were crawling around. The staff was not very helpful either. When I complained about the lack of towels and cleaning, their attitude was dismissive. On the plus side, the check-in process went smoothly and the location was decent, close to shops and restaurants. But a clean room is a must for me, and this definitely fell short. I can't recommend staying here if cleanliness and effective service are priorities for you.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the cozy room and the quiet atmosphere that made relaxing easy. The pool and hot tub were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Just a little annoying that the Wi-Fi was spotty, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. 😊
